One word I will use to describe my experience with TFLA is “Enlightening”.
Every session with all the facilitators has been mind blowing and impactful.
Over the years I had dealt with imposter syndrome after knowing I would be building a career in the Education Sector as a Teacher, I had lot of fears and self doubts. Now I can boldly say all my fears and self doubts are over because every session at the TFLA community gives clarity to all the questions and uncertainty in my heart.
I am certain I will make a Great Teacher because I have been equipped with the right knowledge and the essential skills, coupled with the right mentorship to scale through in my journey.
Finally, one amazing thing I love about the TFLA community is that learning never ends, we never stop adding to our knowledge and value. I am glad to be a part of this global community.
